From fragmented spend to collective leverage

Buying power is already there.
Tokatsu makes it visible.

Independent businesses purchase many of the same products, but suppliers see separate orders. Tokatsu connects the signal without taking over the relationship.

01

Connect purchasing data

Invoices and order history become a clean, traceable view of what each business actually buys.

03

Pool repeat demand

Recurring purchases across businesses become credible monthly volume for supplier conversations.

04

Verify net savings

Quotes are measured against true landed costs after fees, delivery, and platform economics.

The Tokatsu difference

Procurement software organizes purchasing.
Tokatsu multiplies purchasing power.

Most tools help one organization manage its vendors. Tokatsu is designed to identify compatible demand across independent businesses and bring suppliers a larger, qualified opportunity.

Collective leverage

Qualifying demand joins a larger purchasing signal while every business orders for its own operation.

03

Landed-cost clarity

Savings calculations include delivery fees, discounts, pack conversions, and added operating costs.

No inventory burden

Tokatsu is not built around forcing small businesses to finance or warehouse pooled inventory.

Common questions

Simple by design.

Does Tokatsu buy or warehouse inventory?+

No. The initial model is designed to organize demand and negotiate better supplier economics without requiring Tokatsu to hold inventory.

Do businesses have to change suppliers?+

Not automatically. Existing supplier relationships can remain in place. Opportunities are evaluated against product equivalence, service, availability, and true landed cost.

How does Tokatsu know products are equivalent?+

AI proposes matches using descriptions, pack sizes, units, brands, and purchase patterns. Important quality or substitution decisions stay reviewable by people.

How will Tokatsu prove savings?+

Supplier quotes are compared with historical landed unit costs, including delivery fees, discounts, and any new program costs. Gross discounts alone do not count.
